Almost every mobile game puts a code box somewhere inside the app. PUBG Mobile does not. That single design decision is the reason thousands of players every day conclude that a perfectly valid code is broken.
Codes are entered on the official redeem centre in a browser, tied to your Character ID, and the reward is delivered to your in-game Mailbox. Once you understand that flow, redeeming takes about forty seconds.
What you need before you start
- Your Character ID — in game, open Profile and copy the number directly beneath your nickname. It is usually 8–12 digits.
- Access to the same login method you use for the game (Google, Facebook, X or Apple).
- A browser. The redeem centre does not work reliably inside the in-game browser, and never inside a social media app’s built-in viewer.
Copy the Character ID into a note app once. Typing it by hand is the single most common cause of failed redemptions, because a single wrong digit sends the reward to nobody.
Step-by-step: redeeming a PUBG Mobile code
- Open the official PUBG Mobile Redeem Center. The correct link is always in the game’s official social bio or on the official website — never trust a link from a comment section.
- Sign in with your game account. If you play with Google, use Google. Using the wrong login is the second most common failure.
- Enter your Character ID and press confirm. The page should show your in-game nickname; if it does not, the ID is wrong.
- Paste the code into the Redemption Code field. Codes are case-sensitive — use the copy button on our code pages rather than typing.
- Complete the captcha. If the captcha fails repeatedly, disable your browser’s ad blocker for the page and try again.
- Press Redeem. A success message names the reward you received.
- Open the game and check the Mailbox. Rewards normally arrive within a few minutes. If your mailbox is full, delete a few old messages and the reward appears on your next login.
The same process for BGMI
BGMI uses the Indian redeem centre instead of the global one. The steps are identical, but the code pools are separate: a global PUBG Mobile code will be rejected on a BGMI account even if it is minutes old. Full list: BGMI redeem codes.
KR/JP, VNG and Taiwan accounts
Regional clients are region-gated. Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese and Taiwanese accounts must use the redeem centre that matches the client they play on. Codes announced for the global client will fail, and Korean or Japanese codes usually cannot be redeemed on a global account either. See KR/JP codes and VNG codes.
Why a valid code still fails
- Already redeemed. One code, one account. Friends sharing the same code does not work.
- Expired. PUBG Mobile codes are issued in batches and many die within 24 to 72 hours. Check the expired table on the code page before assuming you did something wrong.
- Region mismatch. The most common cause of a rejection on an otherwise fresh code.
- Mailbox full. The redeem succeeds but the delivery silently fails until you clear space.
- Wrong Character ID. The page accepted it but the nickname preview did not match, so the reward went nowhere.
- Server maintenance. Redeem centres go down during version updates. Try again after the maintenance window.

Codes you should never trust
Every legitimate PUBG Mobile code is published for free by KRAFTON, Level Infinite or an official partner. Nobody sells codes. Any site that asks for your password, asks you to complete an offer wall, or promises unlimited UC is either phishing or a scam — see account security.
Where new codes appear first
Official social channels, esports broadcasts and version-launch streams. Our bot re-checks every code on the site on each run and moves dead ones to the expired table, so the safest habit is to check the current code list before you start your session.
