A Mythic outfit is the clearest status marker in PUBG Mobile — the animation, the title, the reaction in the lobby. Most players assume they are paid-only. They are not, but the free routes require either patience or speed.
Route 1: the Mythic Forge (free, slow)
The Forge converts surplus materials — mostly from duplicate crate pulls — into Mythic-tier items over time. It is the only guaranteed free route, because there is no randomness involved in the final conversion.
- Open every crate you can from coupons rather than UC.
- Convert duplicates into materials instead of discarding them.
- Feed everything into the Forge and pick a target item.
- Do not switch targets — progress does not transfer between items.
Expect this to take a full season or more. It is the correct free route precisely because it is unglamorous.
Route 2: event and collaboration code drops (free, fast)
Anniversaries, anime collaborations and version launches regularly include Mythic or Mythic-adjacent outfit codes. They are the best free opportunity in the game and also the fastest to die — a Mythic outfit code is usually exhausted within hours.

Route 3: coupon stacking during a rate-up (paid-adjacent)

What does not work
- Chasing a single Lucky Spin item. Spin costs escalate sharply; the final pulls can cost more than the item is worth.
- Third-party “Mythic code” sellers. No such product exists. Codes are free and single-use.
- Mods and modified clients. Permanent ban, and the outfit is removed anyway.
The realistic timeline
Free-to-play players who use all three routes typically land their first Mythic outfit within one to two seasons. The players who never get one are the ones who spend coupons the moment they receive them and never accumulate enough materials for the Forge.
